What we collect

If you only read the site

Nothing personal. The calculator and the quiz run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or tap is sent to us or stored by us. The site sets no cookies.

If you join the interest list

• First name and email address (required).
• Which offering(s) you checked.
• Optional: what you are trying to do (first claim, increase, appeal, not sure) and your state.
• Your consent checkbox, and the page you were on when you submitted.

What we ask you not to send: Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, medical records, diagnoses, or any claim details. We do not want them and we delete them if they arrive.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics and no tracking scripts.

How the interest-list data is used

• To email you news about the guided self-file tool and the claims-handling service, and when they become available.
• Nothing else. No ads, no retargeting, no selling, no renting, no sharing with other companies for their marketing.

Who processes it

Submissions are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a form service, and then stored in our mailing list. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to the moment of submission. If we later switch to a different processor, this page will say so.

If the site is hosted on Vercel or GitHub Pages, those hosts may log standard server information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you.

How to unsubscribe or delete your data

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click, no questions.
• To have your record deleted entirely, reply to any email from us and say "delete." We will confirm when it is done.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes and the interest list is told by email.
